    Brita Water Filter Drinking Straws

Would like to see Brita market a disposable drinking straw. A straw that could be taken with me when i go to a resturant or other places. Some resturants have really bad tasting water and this would solve the problem.

    BRITA PET

How about combining these two products into one to develop a filtered water dispenser for pets. I think most pet owners would love it and so would their pets. What do you think???

    Brita Water Bottle

I must say how wonderful the personal water bottle filtration system is!  I love my new water bottle and my water intake has increased dramatically from it...but, it could be increased even further!

My idea is for the personal water bottle filtration system.  A simple "dial counter" on the lid of the bottle would help for people to consume their 'daily water intake'.  It only needs to count to 8.  You could promote the idea of drinking more and keeping count.  Personally, I know it would help me to consume more water and I think it would help others too.  Additionally, if you packaged a "change your filter" sticker with the water bottle which would be used to put on your calendar to remind you to buy/change your water bottle filter.  Give people the math upfront...i.e. eight bottles a day means change your filter in ? weeks.  I believe the sales of your filters may in fact increase.  It's hard for us to know when to get a new filter.  In fact, I'm not sure when I should be changing mine at all!

I hope you consider these ideas.  I know for me...it would make a difference!

    Colorful and Convenient

I would love to see Britas in a range of colors. Come on, white is boring! Why not kick it up a notch with a rainbow of colors so that people can drink their water out of a Brita with a bright green, blue or pink lid. I'd also like a redesigned spout, because I always found the Brita had a tendency to spill water easily.

iphone app to remind me to replace my filter

I hate that I never replace my filter in my pitcher, but it's something I NEVER remember to do.  Anyway Brita can make an iPhone app that reminds us?  If we could buy one from the iPhone app and have it sent home, even better.

    Brita for my pets

My idea is to make a Brita pet water bowl for my pampered pets. So they can have clean water that taste the way it should.

    Bottle Cap

I wish there were a bottle cap filter to pop on to my water bottle ... or even on to a bottle of wine (for wine to pass thru while pouring).

    Brita - Shower Filter

"Research has indicated that skin absorption of contaminants in municipal water has been underestimated and that ingestion may not constitute the sole or even primary route of exposure. In addition to penetration of contaminants through the skin to the body as a whole, the contaminants can adversely affect the skin itself. Chlorine chemically bonds with proteins in the hair, skin and scalp."

As consumer awareness increases - we can expect an increased demand for shower water filtration. Why wouldn't the largest brand in home water filtration take advantage of this tremendous growth opportunity?

    Sports Jug Brita

My sons are athletes and we go through a lot of bottled water to keep them hydrated.  We have a whole house filter at home so really didn't need Brita in our house.  But when my oldest went to college this year, he asked me to buy him a Brita pitcher to put in his dorm room.  He saves money by filling it with tap water from the dorm bathroom and then sticks it in his dorm room fridge. I thought that was a great idea and will add it to my next son's college supply list!  That works for in-room drinks of water but doesn't help when he heads out to the athletic fields and gym.  Would be great to have a Brita sports jug that can be carried with you to the gym, fields, etc. - quart size or 1/2 gallon.  And if it could fit in the dorm room fridge too - all the better.  But, they don't mind warm water for sports, but they do mind the taste of tap water in the dorms!

    Glass pitchers

With all the concerns about plastics, it makes sense to have glass Brita pitchers. This also makes them more attractive for entertaining.
