I would like a filter system that would work on my workout waterbottle, so I could fill it with the cool water from the water fountain at the gym, yet still enjoy filtered water.

Brita filters that fit on the cap of a refillable sports water bottle to filter water as I drink while I'm away from home, so I can enjoy pure, cool water from the public drinking fountain. It would also be neat to have an automatic filtering watering system for houseplants.

I would love to have a Brita showerhead that filters out the hard water so that my hair is nice and soft after I wash it.

I'm not sure if this is something that can even be done, but I've thought that it'd be cool to have a filter that can simply be added to existing beverages. Something like a tablet of sorts that can be added to a glass/bottle/etc. Used once (or multiple times, if the filtration method can't really be done in a single-use way while staying cost-effective), then disposed of. It's a bit more involved than traditional Brita filters, but I'd imagine some people would appreciate being able to just keep something like that with them on-the-go.

How about a Brita "feeder" filter for my pet's water dish? I use the water I've filtered through my Brita filter to fill my parakeet's water bottle, it would be great if the stopper was outfitted with a small filter so I could just fill it up with tap water but my budgie would not be drinking contaminated water.

Problem
I recently started working at a new office. With a strong background in recycling, I talked them out of using bottled water and switched to a Brita Filter pitcher. Unfortunately we have to fill this several times a day. Offices subscribe to water cooler plans which have embedded fuel costs to deliver. Current water filters require lifting heavy water bottle onto often dirty water cooler stands. Even the biggest Brita filter container is small for an office environment.
Solution
A two chamber water cooler with Brita filters in between could eliminate the need for this delivery service. Unfiltered municipal water would go into the top chamber, pass through a middle zone with 1 to 3 regular brita filters into a lower chamber. As water is used from the bottom, the top chamber filters and refills it. Filtered tap water would serve the needs of many small offices. The three component areas need to be easily separated for cleaning. The reservoir on top could be filled with whatever volume of water any person in the office is capable of carrying. This does not need its own stand. It can sit on a table or desk.

I like the filters that fit in the personal water bottles but when working in the field or camping, it is too small. If you made a little larger filter (like on the home water pitchers) and had an adapter so that it fit the most common size of bottles, then i could just travel with that filter and latter choose the bottle or jug or carboy that fit my needs.

Create a coozie type sleeve that fits over the individual Brita bottle to keep the water cool and the bottle from sweating. They could be offered in many different colors or designs to fit the individual users personality and identify the bottle at theirs.

Possible to change filter without messy black particles coming out? By the way, that reminder of changing filter strip doesn't work well...

Have you ever noticed sometimes that some of the charcoal from the filter make it out? There should be an additional filter on the pour spout to filter out the "escapees". When or if my daughter sees them see refuses to drink water. She is very observant.
