2-tbs sour cream
1-tbs chopped onions
6 slices bread
1/2 red bell pepper
salt and pepper to season
perfect snack for the summer and great for the boys night or a simple day at the pool
I tried this recently with my family: Half Cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing,1-15oz can sliced pears drained and diced,1ripe fresh mango peeled and diced,half cup sweetened shredded coconut,12 drained &diced maraschino cherries,quarter cup sunflower seeds out of shells,salted or unsalted. Mix all ingredients above together in medium size bowl-cover& refrigerate for at least 2hours. Put in dessert dishes with a sprig of mint optional
