I recently returned from Ghana where I was working in a public health clinic that serves over 100,000 people. At the clinic they were given a donation of various medical supplies, including Clorox Germicidal Bleachwipes. The nurses set up all of the medical supplies and when they showed me how they were using it, I found that they were using the Clorox products to wipe their hands after they washed them. Once they explained this, I explained that the products were for hard surfaces only, but they were confused by the labeling which showed only a baby being wiped. The nurses thought that this mean that the product is safe for adults, which it is not. You should consider changing the warning label to include not just babies but also a picture of adults in the warning area as this product should not be used on skin at all. These people do not read the fine print on the product, they can barely read english and they are serving over 100,000 people, so they do not take the time to read printed information on the back of the label and consequently use the product unsafely.
I have already called your customer service rep with case no. 7267614.

Could make a safe clorox mixture in washable crayons for kids, and art supplies for kids to decorate tub. When they get out and you rinse it, it could be cleaning as it decorates and it would be fun art and a cleaner all in one.
I have a mat in my sink and on the counter next to the sink I have a mat and a dish holder (where the dishes dry). Although I try my best to keep them "black gunk" (water mold?) free by washing them weekly in a mild Clorox/water solution, in a week the "black gunk" reappears. Has Clorox ever considered making a line of kitchen accessories that were made of a "black gunk" resistant material or treated with some kind of permanent "black gunk" resistor. I believe such items would fly off store shelves onto our kitchen counters and into our sinks (bathtub/shower mats would be another nice accessory to add to the line).
I use Clorox Wipes on a daily basics and would like them even better if they were just a bit Larger. I find them a bit too small and think they would be of better service being larger.
I would love to see clorox wipes come in an array of fragrances. I currently use the orange one, but I need variety.
I use Clorox Wipes all the time but there is no warning when you are about to run out. I live 20 miles from the nearest store, so I think it would be a great idea to put a colored wipe or a colored stip on the last 10 or 20 wipes. That way I will know when to put them on the list.
In addition to the disposable wipes container, the contents could have, instead of a sheets of fabric, offer a roll of "string" or rope that can be pulled out to form a sponge ball or used as "floss" around those tight spots [ sink handles etc.] . The strings or twine can have a loosness or "hairyness" filiment texture so when applied to a cleaning surface will grab and hold debris. The fact, that is appealing is that the material can be formed by the consumer [ at the moment ] to fit the need of a wide variety of particular surface areas.
I love Clorox products. I use bleach on alot of stuff when i am cleaning, the most thing i use it on is my kitchen sponges, but i hate that i am always fearing the bleach splashing. SO, I was thinking how nice it would be if bleach came in some kind of foam or even a gel. It would be nice to have a dispenser on the wall with a can of this foam or gel and be able to just put the sponge underneath it and it dispense either by me or by itself. that way i never worry of it splashing on my clothes or me having to keep a bottle of bleach under my sink. a nice dispenser of clorox bleach made especially for the kitchen and for use on sponges to keep bacteria at a bay!! I think this would help consumers alot to get rid of all the hidden bacterias we have around, keep us healthier. and i also think alot of consumers would buy this type of product if advertised correctly.
Several family members and myself use Clorox wipes all year round in our bathrooms, kitchens, portch, etc. We like to keep them on the counter all the time but would like to have them be in decorative canisters that would match a person'e decor for that room. Many household items come in decorative bottles or canisters. The wipes are more accessible and convenient sitting on the counter for continuous use rather than being stored under the sink. Perhaps even one side could be a solid color or you could create Christmas labels, etc.
