Because my son and I got thru stages in water consumption, the '2 month' sticker on my Brita Pitcher isn't always accurate. I would love some kind of indicator on the filter itself showing when it needs changed. (much like the one on my fish filter and humidifier filter) I would have no problem switching it more often if/when it needed it, but I tend to hang on the filters a little longer because I do not want to be replacing it when it 'seems' like we haven't been using it much...  And if I saw a warning, I would be less inclined to let it go - we all want the freshest water!!

I use my Brita pitcher to cut down on the amount of plastic I use, as well as to avoid adding garbage to landfills. I would love if Brita could create a biodegradable or recyclable filter to aid me in my quest to reduce my carbon footprint!

Need small strip that we can stick on Brita pitcher to remind us when it is time for filter change.

A huge plus to using Brita filtered water opposed to bottled water is the fluoride.  I recommend pumping up the advertising about this fantastic fact.  Filter out the bad but keep the good.  Especially important for kids - so make sure doc offices and dentists get coupons to set out that will reach the parent audience.  And I can just imagine cutesy commercials with crazy little toddlers running around being bad but taking a minute to get a glass of water from Brita filter with a halo forming around head.  Just an idea..

Wouldn't it be great if you could have Brita filtered water anywhere you go?  It would be awesome to have a special Brita Water Bottle with a snap-on and snap-off filter at the top so when you refill it, no matter where you are, you can have wonderfully clean Brita water :)
