store salad fixings in different sealed Glad bags and only take out portion needed for daily work salads
I was wondering if you can make a cosmetic bag with a cloth outside covering with the GLAD name all over the bag outside for promote your name, however the inside would be insulated with a glad zip lock inside. Now it has to be very durable to prevent damaging. We are women have a hard time with keeping our makeup dry, expecially during the summer and spring weather.
I have and idea that you make glad bags ziplock bags for all things. These things would be for housing daily vitamins, bobby pins, candy, etc. the usual. But, what I am suggestion that you make the glad bags in multiple sizes in one box. It might sound simple, however I don't know any other products out there that has an concept like this.
These multiple sizes can be used for many thing like I said above. I am hopeful if you use this idea that the bags would also include a place to write down what is inside the bags which would include an marker pen. It would be nice if some of the bags were colored coded, such as red or green for meats, etc.
I use ziplock bags, baggie, hand zip baggies and in most times I have to use bags that are too big and take up too much room in my purse, such as, jewelry, watches, lip sticks, candy, safety pins, lotions, floss.
I use Glad ziploc bags to dispose of liquids that might gunk up my garbage disposal. After having to call expensive plumbers to unclog our drains, I now use Glad bags to get rid of grease and other thick, unfriendly liquids and gunk which might clog up the pipes. The ziploc bags do triple duty too, by keeping the liquids from messing my garbage bags and cans, warding off ants, and helping to contain all of those unpleasant odors.
I was at another Glad site, a contest asking for freezing tips, and I thought it would be great if Glad made freezable, microwavable, sectioned containers (with lids) for making our own frozen dinners. So often, after dinner, I have a portion of meat, veggies, etc left over. Would be great if I could place them in a partitioned container (platter) and freeze away for anothe day. My own frozen dinner.
When I am having any work done in my kitchen (which if often right now since we are remodeling) if sanding is involved I use Glad Press N Seal to cover the opening in my kitchen cupboards then close the door. This cuts down on the mess in the cabinets after the work is done.
Glad should make zip lock sandwich bags that fit artisan bread. So many stores sell artisan breads, which are much wider than regular breads and do not fit in Glad sandwich or quart size bags. You should make Glad “artisan bread” sandwich bags that are much wider to accommodate sandwiches made with artisan bread.
I use them to carry small items in my purse such as lipstick and candy so they are easy to find.
Most Friday nights are Pizza Night with or without friends and family. There are always leftover slices. Tin foil has been the usual method of dealing with storage. Tin foil is getting pricey and besides it's wasteful. Plastic wrap is not a good option, What I and a lot of people I know would like are containers like the other Glad containers that are pizza slice shaped, sized for an average slice and stackable. There are already a couple of products like this on the market that are for long term use and expensive. The pizza sauce eventually stains the plastic so I don't want to keep it long. Many times I send people home with leftover slices. A Glad type product is something you send off with somebody and don't worry if it will be returned to you. A container shaped for Pizza could also be used for desserts (pie).
I hope you all decide on a this type of product.
Thanks
