Would love a non-toxic pet friendly spray so I can use it safely to clean my pet cages.

With the antibacterial cleaning power of 409, I would love to see a lemon scented foaming garbage disposal cleaning capsule! I have not been able to find more than one or two options for garbage disposal cleaning, and to be honest, I have not been satisfied with the options available out there. If I could design my ideal capsule:
1st It would contain the antibacterial lemon freshness of the All Purpose 409
2nd It would contain a concentrated instant foaming action (with the addition of a small stream of water) that coats the inside of the disposal breaking down icky food remains!
3rd It would leave my disposal smelling clean and ACTUALLY clean!
- Prevent spreading spray
Instead of spraying counters with 409 where it might spray on other surfaces, I spray the 409 on my rag and wipe the counters.
