How about packs of charcoal, lighter fluid, and matches - everything you need to grill all together! They could come in different sizes - larger packs for multiple grillings and smaller "single grilling" packs.

My idea would be a decorative case for one lump of charcoal. This case would have holes in the top, and a pretty design around the bottom. It would hold one lump of charcoal.
That way I could place it at the bottom on my flower vases to help keep my flowers fresher longer.
I could also place it in my closet or clothing drawers to help keep them smelling fresh!
You could also do a manly line to be put in tool boxes to keep them from rusting.
Charcoal has so many uses other than the BBQ. A case would be a great way to take advantage of that!

It would be great if the paper bag had twister like wire meshed in the bag so that when you roll the top down it holds in place until you undo it.
Keeps it shut, keeps it dry & from spilling!
How about Kingsford charcoals and hickory wood chips combination packs?
flavor your charcoal so that when you light it, the smoke will flavor the meat or whatever it is that you have on the grill.
you could do flavors such as bbq, or teriyaki (for chicken) honey (ham) or even seasonings like black pepper / herbs. (steak)
there are so many that you could do that would compliment meat, without going through any extra trouble.
Vacumm packs of Kingsford charcoal that you can put into the grill and just light. They can come in different sizes depending on the size of your grill. These would be easy to pack for tailgating and for camping. No charcoal mess or dust. The cover could be flamable so they would light with just a match or lighter.
I've used Kingsford charcoal to absorb odors in my car for years. I would like to have individual charcoal odor absorbing packs to slide under the seat in my car to keep odors under control.
Small, lightable, charcoal packs to group, light and spread under grill for easier lighting, waste reduction and reduction of charcoal dust in or around picnic BBQ area.
