Very interesting Samir. Some of my friends "friend" brands to let others know what they like - so of another way to get to know each other better. Others are doing it to he about news about the brands as soon as possible or looking for coupons or deals.

Bacon has definitely gotten big in the last few years. I was at the Fancy Food Show this week in SF and there seemed to be truffles everywhere - truffle cheeses, truffle oil, even truffle popcorn! I haven't specifically seen truffle idetified as an emerging trend yet but there was definitely quite a bit of truffle at the show.

Sorry I missed your original post. It would have been fun to participate but it would have been quite a bit of work to compete.
Thanks for the information. What is the need is just for natural and not organic? Would there be more products that would fit this category? I know that there are no national standards for natural but what are your thoughts on this?
