Thanks for sharing this with us. We think you've fractionated the gasoline via your process. So the vapor contains the high octane components of gasoline while the liquid that remains contains the low octane (and less volatile) longer chain hydrocarbons. In other words, you're creating a jet fuel vapor. It would make sense that you get much better horsepower and lower emissions with such a high octane fuel.
