Thank you for this oppurtunity and for letting me know I was entered. I wish I had ellaborated on it a bit more. I submitted this entry the day before the Japan earthquake and tsunami hit. I bet they could use something like this right now. Makes me think about the fact that we should all have emergency supplies on hand and one of the things you need is safe water or a way to make it safe if it's questionable.
