    Hello Bella:

    I consult and focus on encapsulation technology.  I co-organized a successful microencapsulation short course in Minneapolis back in Sept on encapsulation of flavors and bioactives.  I have worked on encapsulation technology with numerous patents in encapsulated sweeteners and flavors in chewing gum for Wm Wrigley Jr, worked for Balchem Corp developing custom encapsulations and leading encapsulation development in North America for Firmenich.  You can learn more about my consulting services at www.Meyers-Consulting.com
