      Excellent article. Here at Clorox we're working to change the way we interact with potential partners and suppliers through the CloroxConnects network - and it does indeed require a level of trust that is, at times, uncomfortable.  We're finding that the early adopters of this new system understand that the risk/reward scenario is highly tipped in their favor - especially so because they are the early adopters.  

      My hope is that the behavior of these early adopters spreads throughout the industry as the rewards are seen to truly outweigh the risks.
