    Title of Your Idea:
    Clorox Pods for Disinfecting
    What's Your Idea?:

I usually wash dishes by hand and I add 1 tsp. of clorox to my dishwater for disinfecting purposes.  It would be much more convenient and less messy if there were premeasured pods for this purpose.  The small pods would also be handy for campers who need a disinfectant in dish water.

Thank you for sharing an interesting idea!  Let's build up your idea.  Do you add 1 tsp. of Clorox bleach every time you wash your dishes?  You expect the pod packaging to dissolve in water right?  Hot water??  Please specify.  Thank you for your feedback.  You have been entered for a chance to win up to $1,000! We announce winners and new ways of earning cash prizes and cool stuff @Facebook.  You are automatically put into a drawing for a chance to be one of our 5 winners in the contest: (4) $250 & (1) $1,000. I would like to have pods that would dissolve in hot water.  I started adding 1 tsp. of Clorox to dishwater over 40 years ago when my children were young. Their doctor made that suggestion (as he did to all of his patients) to help curb the spread of colds, etc. I still continue that practice each time I wash dishes by hand which is several times per week. According to some consumer information I've read, Clorox is also effective in killing bacteria on wooden cutting boards, salad bowls, and other similar items. I use such items frequently and always wash them by hand. Pods would make this process much easier and less messy.

Thank you for sharing the details.  Would you be interested in purchasing a pod that contains 1 tsp. of Clorox bleach plus Clorox dish washing detergent?  Thank you for your feedback.

The idea of bleach plus detergent may appeal to some people, but I think I would prefer just the bleach. I assume if the two products are combined that the pod would have to be larger and I would prefer a small pod. Also, I base the amount of detergent I use on the types of dishes/pots/pans I'm washing and I don't think a combination of the two products would meet my needs.
