Years ago they use to use neck hangers.......my thoughts are.......  neck hangers on Clorox bleach bottles, to promote slow moving items. or to introduce new items.  or giveaways? like  refridgerator magnets??  baggie clips etc.  that's my thoughts, Bobby E.
