My idea is to make sure you recycle anything that you can.  It not only saves the environment but it can put money in your pocket.  My husband and i recycle all aluminium we can get family and friends even save it for us.  In any given year we usually get at least 500.00 back for saving the environment by saving our aluminium it's not only healthy but it earns you $$$$$.  And who doesn't like money.
