Why not have some kind of contest asking for customers' favorite recipes using Hidden Valley dressings, bottled and dry. An overall winner could be chosen and receive either a monetary reward or a value pack of various Hidden Valley products, or individual winners could be chosen for different categories. POP tear off entry forms could be available in the salad dressing isle. Once the book, or booklet, is printed, it could be made available through your web site, as a mail-in on Hidden Valley labels, as a Kindle/Mac download on Amazon or through iTunes bookstore.
