The item I have invented is a way for parents(or teachers) to determine if a child has washed their hands upon leaving the restroom. I have a prototype and a patent for this device, but I have been sitting on it for over a year now with no way to produce it. In short it is a device that puts a stamp of ink on the back of a childs hand before entering the restroom that the child must then wash off, proving whether or not they have washed their hands. By placing this dot of ink on the back of their hand you eliminate the risk of staining, while also maintaining the utility of the "dot" because the child must use the front of his hand to wash the back of his hand. The "device" is mounted to the wall outside of the restroom and the child places his hand underneath, depresses the top and the tip emerges from the bottom, marking their hand. I have attached the illustration that was included with my patent filing.
