I would love to purchase single serving 2 Tbsp or 1 oz. serving packets. There are many of us who are on strict sodium, calorie, or carb controlled diets.  I love Hidden Valley Ranch dressing but find it wasteful to purchase the 1.5 oz pkg and have to guess how much I'm getting or carry around a measuring spoon & a regular size bottle of dressing for work or to a public eating establishment. Other brands actually package a 1 oz size and a .5 oz size.  I prefer Hidden Valley and think it would be wonderful if you can make the desired size and sell to the public in packages of 16, 20 or 25 packets(whatever would be easiest). I would pay more for the convenience and knowing exactly how much I was getting per packet.
