after an accident two years ago I was left somewhat handicapped using my left hand. Recently I hurt my right shoulder leaving me unable to use my right arm or hand. Trying to get the glued on paper seal off of a container of  Clorox Bleach was next to impossible for me. Could not grip it and didn't have enough strength to lift it off. It would be so helpful and much appreciated if Clorox could come up with an easy way for handicapped consumers to open a plastic container of bleach. Maybe attach a plastic "key" to turn the inner seal to open it.
