    Looking for recipe developers

    Do you know of any companies or consultants that do recipe development?  We would prefer someone in the San Francisco Bay Area but it's not required.

      I don't know consultants for recipe development n the Bay Area (except for the 60,000 in the EXPO community of course!)

      Depending on what your needs are, we do have a Chef on Staff at Wixon that may be able to help you.  In addition, Mattson in Foster City may have someone on hand that could develop a recipe or The Center for Culinary Development, their web site is:  www.ccdsf.com

      Another company, while not in Bay area is the International Food Network intlfoodnetwork.com. The Association for Dressings and Sauces also posts new recipes on their members site. We, at TIC Gums, have a lot of recipes that we have developed over the years, including gold standard recipes that we would be able to share with you. We could also directly work with you if you have a specific formula that you are looking to develop.
