    Title of Your Idea:
Clorox Pen for Yukky Things (IE. Elevator Buttons!)
    What's Your Idea?:

I came up with this idea when I was in the hospital recently. The elevator buttons grossed me out! I didn't want to touch them, not with my pen, and certainly not with my fingers. I knew the hospital's hand cleaner would be empty at my destination, as usual.  I would wait and pray for someone to come along and press my floor, that or begrudgingly use my pen.

My idea is for a pen with a Clorox "swab" or "button" on the end, with a removable cap, and a clip so you can even carry it around in your pocket, as well as a hole on one end for a string to go through, in case you want to loop it around something and hang it on your book bag. Use it to press those disgusting elevator buttons or even touch keyboards that don't belong to you, if you are using them briefly and there's no hand cleaner nearby.  I'd keep one in my purse just for those occasions when I don't want to touch something disgusting but I have to. Might as well kill the germs you get on your device by touching whatever it is with bleach.  Just don't use on clothing. Must come with stern warnings for people that will try to use it as stain remover.

Thank you for sharing Clorox Pen idea and video.  Do you carry your personal antibacterial wash?  Will this Clorox Pen be disposable?  I am just wondering even with a cap, if this pen really touches something yucky and dirty, would you still want to keep it?  Thank you for your feedback.

      Hi Cathy,

I just want to clarify, it wasn't my video! Great idea though! I carry antibacterial wash in my purse, yes.  But I don't always have my purse on me. I was thinking the cap wouldn't be touching anything dirty, just the inside part, where the Clorox nub would be. Kind of like the Tide Stain Remover Pen, but with a clip so you can clip it to your pocket (great for doctors and nurses).   I was also at a conference not too long ago at a hotel in town and was wishing I had a device to push the buttons with that I wouldn't have to touch after.  The cap keeps it so you don't have to touch the part that hits the buttons.  I suppose it doesn't have to be bleach, maybe I should have submitted it under the Green Works tab.  I wasn't really going to submit this idea at all, it just went along with my other one, and I thought, why not?

      Thanks again,

      Debi C.

Oh.. I am now clear as you mentioned Tide Stain Remover Pen.  Yes, I think that design will work.  I think it can apply to bleach, GreenWorks and other products too.  Thanks for sharing!
