      Greg,

      There are many nutritional ingredients out there that are dispersable in water or soluble. It all depends on your application. Can you tell me the nature of your project and what type of ingredient specifically you are looking for? If my company does not have it, I can certainly point you in the right direction as I have contacts throughout the ingredients industry.

      We're working on some Co-Q10 and omega 3s that are dispersable in water.  We also do some custom blends of vitamins and the ones we'd supply would be water soluable.

      We also produce water soluble teas and herbs....such as Rooibos, Black / Green Tea, White Tea, etc.

      Berries - acai, pomegranate, and more.
