Title of Your Idea:
Hidden Valley Dippables
What's Your Idea?:
I know you have the Ranch on the go but what about a kit for kids like Lunchables with veggies and dressing together with maybe an activity or stickers- a kind of vegetable "happy meal" for kids.

Thank you for sharing an awesome idea! I even love your product name, "Dippables". Let's brainstorm your idea further. What size of container you foresee this veggie Lunchable be in? What vegetables you would put in there? Should the vegetables be cut into bite sizes? Does Hidden Valley need to come out with a kid dressing for this Veggie Lunch Dippables? Thank you so much for your feedback.

Veggies like carrots and celery can be in strips like fries so they are easy to pick up. Dippabes don't have to be limited to veggies either but are great option for parents who want something different. You can do nuggets or chicken fingers with some veggies on the side for a more complete lunch. You can have sweet potato baked fries or corn dogs or boneless wings all with a veggie on the side. As far as the dressing, it seems as if kids already like the original ranch flavor but you can have a variety, maybe add parmesan cheese or a zesty flavor so kids have a few more choices.
they already have these, their called Hidden Valley togo. They're 4 or 6 packs of individual ranch dips to take with you. They've only been out for about a month now but only in original ranch.
I think MsSmartic is thinking to put Hidden Valley ToGo inside a kit like Lunchable. The kit can include vegetables, chicken nuggets etc. along with sticker reward for kids.
Please please please bring back the Hidden Valley Ranch Shaker bottle for making Hidden Valley from the dressing mix packets. I had one I used for almost 15yrs and wore it out. It was good quality. I have bought the shaker bottles from Vitamin stores but they don't last as long. This time make it with a screw on lid instead of the snap on type like before because a few times it was knocked off the counter or the table and the lid popped off and dressing flew everywhere when it hit the floor. I miss that bottle so much. Make sure there is a rubber seal ring in the lid.
Thank you for sharing. I didn't know Hidden Valley had introduced a shaker bottle before. CloroxConnects member dlubbers also wants a shaker bottle for Hidden Valley dressing. Read his idea @ http://www.cloroxconnects.com/posts/5e592de5a5 and see if his idea matches with yours.
oh, I see. The perfect size would be the like the dips you get at McDonalds and she's right, it would have to be in a lunchables coz if it were loose in their lunch bag and they fell on it or or threw it, those little dip cups can bust open pretty easy and make a big mess. Which reminds me, why don't you have a contract with McDonalds or Burger King for their Ranch dips? The ranch dips at all the fast food places like that are awful. They taste more like OIL with a little Ranch flavoring, just nasty.
BTW, I would be happy to pay an extra .25 cents for them from a Fast Food Chain.

Wow... a whole line-up! Thank you so much! How about container/packaging? Any requirement?

It just must appeal to kids. Maybe have stickers or some sort of collectible item, game or reward.

Yes, stickers and little toy collectibles are great promotion ideas. Do you have any requirement on packaging?

I hadn't really thought about that aspect but something sort of similar to lunchables where you can see the contents.

And easy to open so kids can help themselves of course.
