    Does anyone in this network have first hand experience with this association and its events?

    Has anyone in this network ever attended the Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS) Technical Meeting, usually held each Spring?

      Phil, I can check with the foods group to see if anyone has attended these meetings, I know that Clorox is a member of the association.

      The big foods meeting that people tend to attend here is the IFT.

      Hi Phil,

      My name is Maureen Akins and I am the R&D Applications Manager at TIC Gums.  I have been attending this annual meeting for the past 5 years and find that it contains useful information in addition to providing networking opportunities.  One of your colleagues, Jackie Kane (Specialist, Corporate Quality - COE out of Wheeling, IL) is on the board of directors for this organization and can give you a good overview of the meeting content.
