    Summary:
New Foam Sponge Technology - Replace Cellulose
    Describe the technology:

Open cell polyurethane foam that does wipe dry and absorb as much liquid as a cellulose sponge plus so many other benefits, i.e., no odor, stay clean & brighter longer.  Mfgers have been trying to develop a foam that would compete against cellulose for many years, Crest has finally created a foam sponge that works and it doesn't require felting or a secondary process.  Right now the only U.S. mfger of cellulose is 3M which is also a competitor of all other consumer companies.

    Is there a working sample?:
    Yes
    Actionability:

Foam Trial has been run twice and passes wipe dry and absorption property against cellulose.

Describe how Clorox could use this technology:

Replace cellulose sponges with 3M cellulose that Clorox currently markets.

    Summary:
    Self-cohesive foam
    Describe the technology:

Actack is a self-cohesvie foam and will adhere to a flat smooth surface (without sticky adhesive).

The adhesion property is in the structure of the foam, similar to a suction cup.   Superior light resistance.

Could be used for an anti-slipping application, etc.

Describe how Clorox could use this technology:

Unsure of how Clorox may be able to utilize this technology but found it very interesting.  Possibly add a fragrance and place inside cat litter box.  The foam is unusual and could trigger new ideas in R&D.
